The service in brief
- Low cost - Only 6% of order value
- Extra security visit your chosen event / match
- Can be ordered within 48 hours after confirmed order is made
- Up to EUR 200 per person to use for rebooking or to book a new event*
* Can be used to book a new event within booked flight times, or for hotel and / or flight bookings originally booked through GO Sport Travel AB. The service does not apply as the reason for the event / match move is a pandemic or epidemic.
How does it work?
If you booked an event ticket with GO Sport Travel & GO Music Travel
- Up to EUR 200 / person to use for new event / match (maximum amount of the original purchase if it is less than EUR 200 / person).
- Your original event ticket will be disabled and return to GO Sport Travel AB's ownership.
- The service is valid only on presentation of flight confirmation *
*Flight bookings must be booked no later than 24 hours before the event move is officially announced.
If you booked a match break package incl. hotel with GO Sport Travel & GO Music Travel
- Up to EUR 200 / person (maximum of the original purchase amount if it is less than EUR 200 / person) to use to book a hotel, book an extra night at a hotel or book a new event within existing travel plans.
- Your original event ticket will be disabled if a new event is booked, and return to GO Sport Travel AB's ownership.
- The service is valid only on presentation of flight confirmation *

If you booked a match break package incl. flights and hotel with GO Sport Travel & GO Music Travel
- Up to EUR 200 / person (maximum of the original purchase amount if it is less than EUR 200 / person) to use to book a hotel, book an extra night at a hotel, book an existing air ticket or book a new event within existing itinerary.
- Your original event ticket will be disabled if a new event is booked, and return to GO Sport Travel AB's ownership.
